Lori has spent her career helping people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives. As a licensed Realtor since 1998 and a Sarasota native, she has guided clients through changing markets, new trends and everything in between. That kind of experience can’t be taught. In 2012, Lori founded Allegiant Real Estate Group as a licensed broker, building a brokerage around the principle that clients deserve loyalty, honesty and real results. Today, Allegiant is a family-run business, and its standards come straight from her.

Lori’s work speaks for itself. In 2025, she ranked in the top 0.8% of all Realtors. She brings sharp negotiation skills, deep market knowledge and a calm, steady approach, so her clients feel informed and supported from the first conversation to the final signature.

Lori serves buyers and sellers across the Suncoast and works side by side with her daughter, Danielle, as her partner in business. Together, they also co-host their own real estate and lifestyle TV show, Life on the Suncoast, showcasing the area they’ve both dedicated their careers to.
